WildBlueLake.com is operated by Renee Malachowski, P.A. and Jose Malachowski, P.A., REALTORS® with Estero Bay Group, affiliated with Premiere Plus Realty Co. (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

This site has two forms. When you fill one in, we receive what you type:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, what you are interested in (buying, selling or both), your message, and how you heard about us.
• Home value request: your name, email address, phone number, property address, the builder and lake or preserve location if you know them, when you are thinking of selling, any notes, and how you heard about us.
• Text message choice: whether you ticked the box agreeing to be contacted by call, email and text. Every form records a Yes or No so we know which you chose.

You can also reach us directly by phone, text or email. When you do, we receive whatever you send.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our host’s servers record basic technical details when pages load, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when a page opens. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use your information

• To answer your question, send listings, prepare a home value analysis, or schedule a showing or consultation.
• To follow up about the real estate services you asked about.
• To keep a record of our communications and your contact preferences, including your text message choice.
• To meet our legal, licensing and brokerage recordkeeping obligations.

Calls, text messages and email

The consent checkbox on our forms is optional. You can send a form without ticking it, and we will answer your enquiry either way, by email or by phone if you asked us to call.

If you tick the box, you agree to be contacted by Renee Malachowski, P.A. and Jose Malachowski, P.A. by call, email and text message about real estate services. To stop text messages, reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying or selling a home or of using our services.

We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services:

• Service providers who act on our behalf, such as our website host, our email delivery service and the customer relationship management (CRM) system where we keep contact records. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Our brokerage, Premiere Plus Realty Co., for transaction and compliance records.
• Others involved in a transaction you ask us to handle, such as a lender, title company or the other party’s agent, with your knowledge.
• When the law requires it, such as in response to a valid legal request.

Home search and outside links

The WildBlue home search on this site is provided by Estero Bay Group and the multiple listing service (MLS) at esterobaygroup.com. It is operated by them, may set its own cookies, and is governed by their privacy policy, not this one. We do not control it. The same applies to other sites we link to, such as Facebook.

Cookies

This site does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party features, such as the home search, may set cookies of their own. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children’s privacy

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Keeping your information

We keep contact and transaction records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet brokerage and legal recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect them, but no website or email system is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email or call us using the details below. Some records may have to be kept to meet legal or brokerage requirements, and we will tell you if that applies.

Changes to this policy
